In a world full of 'social media qualified' coaches and nutritionists, my main goal is to provide clients with qualified advice, backed by science and anecdotes

However, my passion for helping people achieve their goals doesn’t stop at professional athletes. The ‘Performance Nutritionist’ title is far more than what meets the eye, in my opinion. Day to day health and performance is such a critical aspect of life, even for the “regular Joe”. Helping people feel healthy and energised in their daily living is very important to my role as a performance nutritionist, be that in the work office from 9 to 5, or on the gym floor/playing field.
As well as my passion with optimising performance, a key driver for me, is promoting positive mental health and well-being. Having lost my father to depression at aged 11, I’ve since managed to raise almost £3,000 for mental health charities by completing physical challenges over the last few years. Increasing the amount of money raised is a massive goal of mine moving forward. Creating a positive relationship with food through, whilst optimising health & improving body composition and performance is my main focus as a nutritionist.
My aim as a nutritionist is always to promote the client’s self-sufficiency. This may be bad from a business standpoint, but educating clients enough to give them self-sustainability moving forward, through leading good habits is always the end goal. Because everyone deserves to lead a healthy life through the power of lifestyle and food.
So, you’re probably wondering, what makes me different? As someone who’s driven by helping people achieve optimal performance, my guidance is based on the latest scientific evidence, as well as the anecdotal experience I’ve gained along the way. I have many years experience of working with professional players, but also work regularly with the general public (from semi-pro athletes to business people to full-time mothers). With so many ‘quick-fix’ attitudes in the health industry, be that through boring meal plans & worthless supplement bills, my approach to lifestyle and nutrition is different to the status quo.
