I started working with Steff for my 7th professional fight. Before I started with Steff, I had never used a nutritionist so I was a bit sceptical about it all but after having a chat with him he put my mind to ease. He made my weight cut incredibly easy. He done the hard part for me, planning my meals around my training and changing them weekly so it never got boring. I would highly recommend Steff to anyone as he really cares and listens to his clients, I will definitely be using him again!
