Hey, I’m Steffan.

I’m a Performance Nutritionist and a Head of Performance Analysis in professional rugby, with over a decade of experience helping elite athletes and busy professionals optimise how they eat, train, and perform.

With accreditations from SENr, UKAD, ISAK, and a postgraduate diploma in Performance Nutrition, I’ve worked with everyone from professional fighters and rugby internationals to corporate leaders in high-pressure careers.
