Since I started working with Steff, everything was tailored to my lifestyle as a professional rugby league player and if there was any food I didn’t like, a substitute was given straight away.

I developed a good relationship with Steff and it was always  easy to speak about my goals and plans for the future. I wanted to get in good shape during the offseason and preseason and I felt that I was helped massively!
